Learn with Early Stages!

We provide an overview of typical developmental milestones for children between the ages of 3 and 5 in the following domains: communication, gross and fine motor, social-emotional, and cognitive skills. Participants learn how understanding developmental milestones is vital to early intervention. Finally, we discuss approaches to supporting a child’s development in each domain.

This professional development is presented by Irena Tovar-Siebentritt

Early Stages is an evaluation center that works with families to identify and address developmental delays and disabilities in children aged 2 years 8 months to 5 years 10 months. A program of DC Public Schools (DCPS), we provide evaluations for DC residents who have not yet entered the school system or are currently homeschooled. Early Stages also serves families residing outside of DC if their children attend a private school or DC childcare center. All our services are completely FREE.
